Payments Payments are due the 1st of each month. You may set up automatic credit/debit card under the payment tab or pay by check. Charges will appear under HP Events LLC, our corporate name. Please make checks payable to Joyful Dancers. Please place your check in the dance basket at school or mail your check to: 1340 N. Great
Neck Road #1272-384, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. Please do not put your payment in
your child’s backpack or dance bag.
Attire Comfortable clothes to move in are the easiest way to enjoy
dance class. No need for leotard and tights. Please bring pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes.
Spring Recital An annual recital is held each Spring. More information will be provided regarding the date and location.
Calendar We follow your school’s calendar. In the event your school is closed
or classes end early for any reason (weather, holidays, field trips), there will be no dance class that day nor is a make-up class guaranteed due to classroom and instructor scheduling constraints. There will be no classes the first week of March.
Withdrawal You may withdraw your child from class at any time by contacting Joyful
Dancers at admin@JoyfulDancers.com
or by telling the instructor personally. Tuition for that month will be prorated. The
school is not responsible for informing us of your withdrawal intentions.
